Day 2 - Briere Park

We offer you a free visit to the very discreet Château de Ranrouët. In an enchanting and verdant setting, the Château de Ranrouët reveals its imposing silhouette. Also a land of potters, you can learn the history of the place and stroll through this very bucolic place. Continue to Kerhinet for a gourmet lunch.
After lunch, discover this charming village of thatched cottages in Briéron which will transport you to a not-so-distant era: the history of the Briérons, local flora and fauna will no longer hold any secrets for you. If you wish, you can take a short walk to discover the surrounding marshes and cottages. We reserve for you, before returning to your accommodation, the visit of a remarkable garden. A magnificent organic garden of a couple of hectares, in the heart of the Brière, consisting of a small family vegetable garden and a pleasure garden, all managed without digging and without watering by a Briéron gardener who will have to heart to tell you about his environment.

Day 3 - Nature and History

Breakfast at the hotel, then you have an appointment with a passionate local who will make you discover his little corner of paradise, peaceful. You will discover in his company a natural site of 20ha by going up the alleys of History. From the Roman road from Nantes to Vannes to the megalithic remains more than 6000 years old, you will be told the story of the first occupants of the region and you will walk in the footsteps of Julius Caesar, crossing ponds, woods, passing under the hundred-year-old chestnut trees or along the Ker Robert stream. You will also appreciate the great diversity of the local flora while enjoying the serenity of the place! We will prepare a gourmet break for you during this walk out of time!
