Days 1 to 8 : Rental stay in Pornichet 

Spend holidays in complete freedom, happiness! We offer you a stay in a magnificent 3* domain with an apartment rental ranging from one to two bedroom apartments, in order to be able to navigate according to your desires. All the accommodations have a neat decoration inspired by the interiors of cruise ships, including a terrace. You can take possession of your accommodation from 5 p.m. on the day of your arrival. And during your week we have concocted 3 excursions for you to discover this beautiful region.

Included: Day to discover the Brière

The Brière, a freshwater marsh, has retained all its mystery and its scent of legends. Here reigns a particular atmosphere: the feeling that time has stopped around men attached to their land. We offer you an authentic day to discover the Brieronne countryside and its thatched cottages.

The morning is devoted to a guided and commented boat trip on the fauna, flora and traditions of the marsh. Your guide will be able to tell you about it and make you discover the charm of the Brière park. The return will be by horse-drawn carriage.

5* picnic lunch of fresh and local products in jar format!

In the afternoon, several options are available to you between cycling for a 3-hour ride along the marked circuit “Circuit des Chaumières” or a ride in Rosalie.

Included: Salt Marshes and Guérande day

Your morning begins with a guided walking tour around the saltworks, supervised by salt workers or naturalist guides. The walk lasts between 45 min to 2 hours depending on your choice and covers several themes such as the functioning of salt marshes, the formation of salt, taste, fauna and flora. On site, a shop will offer you fleur de sel and coarse salt for direct sale. On the road towards Guérande we suggest you have lunch in one of the best creperies in the region in the heart of the salines (lunch not included). In the afternoon, continue your journey towards the medieval city of Guérande. Behind its ramparts, the houses of character underline the Celtic imprint of this City of art and history. Take the time to stroll through the many alleys and let yourself be carried away!

Included: Day around Mesquer and the Côte Sauvage (about 30km)

A new sports and outdoor day is planned. Take possession of electric bikes for a nature trail that takes you through the countryside of the Guérande peninsula to Mesquer, a pretty oyster village, then to Piriac sur Mer, a small town of Character and finally La Turballe. You venture to Pointe de Merquel to observe the oyster beds then you will follow the wild coast and its many coves and beaches where you can take the time to swim. At the end of the day, you will visit a sardine boat moored at the port of La Turballe to learn about the different fishing techniques and their impact on our coasts.
